Before you pack: leave backpacks at home. Cameras are allowed. Children, infants, and pets cannot attend; service animals are welcome.

How the 2026 shuttle worked

Midnight Madness offered free festival rides to guests staying at participating hotels in Frankenmuth and Birch Run. The service was limited to those hotel guests.

The 2026 service ran Friday from 4 PM to 11 PM and Saturday from 1 PM to 11 PM, Eastern Time. These hours do not confirm a 2027 service.

Hotels interested in a future shuttle route can contact the festival team.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Before you head out.

Do I need to know about beer or belong to a club?
No membership or beer knowledge is needed. The festival welcomes anyone 21 or older. Come with friends or on your own, and ask the people serving for recommendations.
Can I come without drinking alcohol?
Yes. In 2026, designated driver admission included entry without a tasting mug or sample tickets. See the 2027 ticket information for updates. Designated drivers must also be 21 or older.
Can children, babies, or pets come?
Children and infants are not admitted. Pets are not permitted; service animals are welcome.
Is the festival accessible?
Wheelchairs and service animals are welcome. Some festival areas are outdoors and may become muddy in wet weather. Read the accessibility guidance and ask the team about parking, entrances, or any accommodation you need before your visit.
What happens if it rains?
The festival runs rain or shine. Choose shoes suitable for muddy ground and dress for the weather, even though much of the event is covered.
Can I buy admission at the entrance?
The 2027 ticket release will confirm gate availability and pricing. Gate tickets were available in 2026 at a higher price. Check the latest ticket information before making plans to buy at the entrance.
Do I need a ticket for both days?
In 2026, each day required separate admission. Unused sample tickets could be used on either day, but did not provide entry. Confirm the 2027 arrangements when buying tickets.
How do sample tickets work?
Sample tickets are used for tastings inside the festival. The 2026 tasting admission included six, with more available to buy at kiosks on the grounds. Admission is not an unlimited drinks package.
Should I budget for anything beyond admission?
Allow for extra samples, food, and merchandise. Prices, fees, and accepted payment methods for 2027 will be confirmed before the festival.
Where do I park?
Use 601 Weiss Street, Frankenmuth, for directions, then follow event signs and volunteers. Allow extra time to park and enter. The team will confirm 2027 parking areas, fees, and drop-off arrangements. For a specific question, email admin@worldexpoofbeer.com before your visit.
My ticket email is missing. What should I do?
Before the festival, email tickets@worldexpoofbeer.com to request another copy. On the Friday and Saturday of the event, take the issue to admissions staff in person; ticket resend emails are not processed on those days.
