YOUR PLACE ON THE CREW.

Good people make this weekend happen. Interested in helping on May 21 or 22, 2027? Get to know the roles and contact the crew while shifts are being confirmed. Registration will be announced.

Find your place on the crew.

You must be 21 or older to volunteer. Pouring and nonpouring roles give you different ways to help, with training provided. Drinking while working is prohibited.

A few details help the team point you in the right direction:

  • When you are available on Friday or Saturday
  • A role that interests you, or whether you are happy to help anywhere
  • Whether you are coming on your own or with a group

You can also ask about access needs or suggest a charitable cause.

Before signing up, confirm your shift, check-in details, volunteer benefits, and any required acknowledgements. An inquiry starts the conversation; it does not reserve a shift.

Planning your time?

Past shifts lasted five or six hours, with training before the shift. The 2027 schedule will be shared when registration opens.
