What You’ll Receive

As a thank you for volunteering, you will receive a complimentary meal hosted by the World Expo of Beer Committee, an official World Expo of Beer volunteer t-shirt, and admission to the event either the same day after your shift or the alternate day. If you help build it, you deserve to enjoy it.

Volunteer Roles

There is a place for everyone at WEB. Volunteer roles may include admissions and check-in, mug distribution, ticket sales and sample kiosks, beer tent assistance, grounds support, brewery hospitality, merchandise sales, and event setup or teardown. No prior beer knowledge required. Just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Important Volunteer Guidelines

All volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. There is a strict zero tolerance policy for drinking while serving. Volunteers who are intoxicated or consuming alcohol during their shift will be removed immediately. WEB is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and responsible event environment.
